The Coach House is a stunning, stylish and completely refurbished holiday home located just 100 yards from the harbour. The cottage is a two storey property with a traditional layout, large open plan living area on the ground floor featuring a well equipped kitchen including oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and all the utensils required to self cater. There is a dining area and a comfortable lounge with a Bluetooth Speaker and a 55" SMART TV with Netflix. Stairs lead to the first floor which is all on one level and features 3 bedrooms, two doubles and a twin room (the single beds are 2ft 6in). One of the doubles has an en-suite shower room with toilet and there is a separate family bathroom with toilet also on this floor. Heating is via central heating to radiators Pets are welcome and stay for free (up to 2 dogs). Towels are provided for your convenience and wi-fi is too. Parking for one car is included in the rental price and is in the main Polperro Car Park approx. 8 minute walk from the cottage
