Seascape is situated in an elevated position overlooking the harbour of the historic fishing village of Polperro. This lovely cottage enjoys an enviable location and has the benefit of a rear south facing garden and patio area affording stunning sea and harbour views. This helps make Seascape a particular favourite with pet owners. Although offering 2 bedrooms, a double with a king size bed and a twin bedroom (2'6 beds), the cottage attracts many couples wishing to enjoy the atmosphere of this picturesque harbour village and of all its amenities which can be accessed just a 3 minute walk from the property. These include the beach, the coastal walks and a good selection of pubs, restaurants and shops. A comfortable lounge with a 40" smart TV with netflix, a well equipped kitchen/dining room and a luxury shower room. You can offload luggage and passengers outside the cottage. Parking is included in the rental in a private car park about a 8-10 minute walk away (partially up a steep gradient) Please note due to the location of the cottage it is not suitable for guests with restricted mobility.  

Layout - Ground Floor - Front Door to: Entrance lobby with with doors off to shower room and lounge. Through lounge to rear of cottage where the kitchen/diner is located and rear door out to a south facing garden and patio area. Stairs off lobby to - First Floor - Double Bedroom and twin bedroom (2'6 beds) both with sea views.
