Little Warren occupies an incredible location in Polperro and will suit guests wanting to really escape into a coastal sanctuary. Situated at the very end of The Warren, just a few yards from the start of the coastal path to Looe, the house sits nestled into the hillside and overlooks Polperro Bay and out to sea. It also boasts magnificent views back into Polperro harbour all of which can be enjoyed from the ample outside terrace and seating areas that run the length of the house frontage. Full of character and belying its name the house is in fact very spacious inside with much larger rooms than you would perhaps expect, far more country house than country cottage. All of the rooms (except the bathrooms) enjoy stunning sea views. The master bedroom is huge despite housing a Super King Sized bed and a new ensuite shower room. The layout is traditional with the bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and the lounge and kitchen/diner downstairs. The outside patio/seating areas are very spacious and provide a wonderful sea vista, perfect for al-fresco meals or simply enjoying the Cornish sunshine and sights and sounds of this coastal getaway. The property has 3 bedrooms, a large double and two spacious twin rooms and a bathroom with shower over bath. Access and Suitability: Please note due to the location of the house it will not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
