Direct access to the coastal path walks mean you can enjoy a stunning coastal escape within minutes of leaving the house and all the amenities of Polperro from the choice of pubs, restaurants and shops are a short walk away. A 40" smart TV with Netflix & Broadband is provided for your entertainment. There is central heating throughout and parking is included in a secure private car park about a 8-10 minute walk away with a partial gradient. Layout: The house is approached from The Warren through a shared gated entrance (the house is semi-detached) and up a gently sloping long stepped path and finally by 6 steps to the veranda. Entry to lobby area then into lounge, to rear of lounge into dining area (with hallway to door out to decked terrace area) and then to kitchen. There is a downstairs shower room. Stairs off lobby lead to landing with doors off to: Large shower room, and 3 bedrooms, a master double with dual aspect sea views, and another double and bunk room with sea views.
